So many passions/ So little time

I love research, I mean I really love research! I did not know how much until I started working at a place that really nurtured what I did everyday anyways. If I want to find out why the world is the way it is I do research into the history of the world. If I try to understand why religion will cause people to kill others, I did research into the different religions to get a better understanding as to why. When I want to understand why people are doing something different than the way I do it, I ask them and I listen. It is all research and I love every aspect of it.

After starting with my new company, I found passion around Women in the Workplace and Self-Awareness. I gave my first keynote speech within the first month I was at my new job. Feel free to watch it but the sound quality is not that great! The point was I could take this passion I have for helping underprivileged women and share it.

After all that excitement, I was then invited to an event that is held every year for innovative companies. I was exposed to all these wonderful programs that work to create more jobs in Idaho, to get education to the rural areas, and increase interest in STEM from the female population. I found passion in helping educate Idaho.

I am passionate about the experience users have with technology. I love interacting with all types of people to understand their desires and frustrations and then create an experience that is enticing and delightful for them.
